Im looking for someone with similar qualities and interests who isnt a high maintenance drama princess or a sleazy guy who i can have fun and chill with sometimes but also pay rent on time and can also understand I work some late nights and like my sleep but I sleep pretty heavy so that shouldnt be too hard. Lastly I have a kitty who is pretty awesome and you must be loving towards her. She inst a fan of other cats so no pets please (fish are ok )…If your interested the place is 2 levels downstairs is the living area study kitchen laundry outdoor dining area which is good for summer BBQs. Upstairs you have both bedrooms and the one bathroom. The room is unfurnished medium size with hardwood floors and has a wardrobe with draws. The complex is nice vintage older style so close to the beach pac fair public transport there is plenty of street parking at the front of the complex the people in the other units are young and old all friendly though I moved in 1yr ago and I love everything about it.Bond is $300 which will be refunded when you move (if no damage is done) and first week rent ($140) is to be paid the day you move in and then weekly after that and Ill provide receipts for this. Electricity will be split between two I pay for gas (oven) so you dont need to worry about that. If you want internet the best thing is to get your own USB modem which is what I have (5GB for $40 p/m).
