rent includes adsl 2+ (broadband internet and yard maintenance . Yard is fully fenced small outdoor pet considered (NO CATS) on application. Electricity and water is to be split equally.

Me, Im laid back, work 5 days a week, if im not home or working i will be out and about, hobbys include, a cold brewskie on the weekend (an occasional knock off), Dancing (i am straight) and recently started scuba diving.

I’m a non smoker, clean, and take pride in keeping my house tidy (however i am still male and i do leave the dishes out occasionally).

My only real issue is that i have a no nut rule, both the human kind and the food group as i am highly allergic to peanuts
