Unfurnished room available in chamonix nobbys beach to share with 2 people in their 20s. complex has 2 pools spa sauna and gym and is close to nobbys beach shops cafes and surf club and is only located 5 mins walk to the beach. house has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms carport separate laundry etc. rent is $145We both work full time and are not always at home so its a pretty quiet house and you tend to get your own space. We would perfer someone who is clean and social and is easy to get along with.We ask for 2 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond
