Hi! We are two easy going girls who are looking for a like minded flat mate. We love going to the beach and having a drink but are pretty low key.One is a physio and partime wedding planner and the other works for a vacation company.One has a boyfriend who stays generally over the weekend and sometimes during the week.The unit is in an awesome spot on Hedges pretty much a stone throw from the beach and close enough to walk into Broadbeach and Pacific fair.We are clean and would prefer someone who prefers to live in a clean and tidy environment too.The unit is an older style brick two storey walk up on the second level. Has one undercover garage and street parking. Does not have aircon or ceiling fans but I just have a portable fan and was fine last summer. Would prefer between the ages of 24-32. Cheers
