Ocean views from the lounge and is in the perfect location!! The unit is 3 bedroom however it only has 1 bathroom. The bathroom however is quite large and big enough for 3 girls to share. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished for the right person whatever is easiest. Furnished being a queen bed and bed side table. Has a big double wardrobe with shelf up the top. Storage available and close to shops and buses.Parking only available on street but in a very safe neighbourhood.Looking for someone who is considerate clean friendly and likes to chill out. I work in sales for tours and attractions and my flattie is a make up artist. We are both fun and enjoy to have a good time but enjoy during the week just coming home and chilling out!!!Requires $380 bond. Power seperate and will be split.
