Hey we are two 24 year old guys renting a big house on the canal in mermaid waters. we are both really clean and easy going honest fun and straight to the point very decent people.. I am a builder and Matt is a massage theripist. we love the beach and the pool and dont mind a party aswel. fit active guys that are looking for similar people. we have 2 rooms available one is better than the other so first in best dressed. lots of room in the house and only 5 min walk to the beach and very close to Pacific fair shopping center. we have canoes as there is a canal out the back etc. talk soon!!!!
