The room available is the master bedroom, an upstairs room with modern carpeting, modern lighting, fan, window, walk in wardrobe, mirrored wall, kind size white leather bed with superior mattress, big super organized and modern desk/office unit and access to the front balcony from the room.

It has a modern ensuite to die for, with toilet, vanity and bold shower with a shower head that feels like a waterfall.

The room is couple friendly (extra $30), price includes bills and internet.

Also has air conditioning (summer use only).

The house has a giant modern kitchen, fit for a chef, and a living area with a big comfy couch in front of a big TV!

The land is 7 acres and has horses in the back paddocks.

The property also has several facilities such as the pool, sauna, spa (which is currently empty due to noone here using it) and the home gym. It has very close access to highway and the train station.

This house suits working/studying professionals, no smoking, quiet drinks are on occassion but it is very rarely a party house, and if it was, it’s a respectful one.

Share with 4 other people, all working and frriendly Some are hardly home. Age range is from 20-35, not to worry us younger ones are old souls.

Sorry, cats/dogs not accepted, there are already animals on site, but they will not be in your way and come to work with the landlord- you wouldn’t know they’re there. Small pets (fish, bird, reptile) okay with application.
