The bathroom upstairs has two sinks so separate areas for each person (Two persons to share this one big bathroom).

At the moment it is share with 5 others, all working/studying and some hardly even home. House is kept clean, prefer more clean people! Also please no smokers.

Bring your horse and keep it here for free. How much land is there? 7 acres! I think the paddocks are about 5 acres, so plenty of room to graze. It can get wet however so bear this in mind, welcome to have a look first.
