I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and would like to rent one room out. This room includes a Shower and Toilet Ensuit. I am looking for a full time student or professional. None smoker. Must like animals. I would like an easy going person male or female. My townhouse is a two story townhouse with all rooms upstair except for main bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is the one i would like to rent out. Person must be able to clean up after themselves.
