Merrmiac Heights is a secure residential complex – no pets allowed. $150pw includes your own downstairs room with ensuite electricity some internet and phone calls (only local/std) use of a pool and tennis court. Car park (not undercover) also available within complex. The room is unfurnished – you will at least need a bed (there are built-ins). Im an upfront and honest person and you need to be also. Im a registered nurse study a little and write music/dj. Somebody who is motiviated academic professional likes music etc would suit. Students are OK as long as your able to fund your way.
