I have a 4 bedroom duplex (not in complex) with 2 bathrooms and double lock-up garage. I am looking for someone to rent a room (you can choose from furnished or unfurnished) which will have a space in the double lock up garage and their own bathroom. There is Austar and the use of internet can be discussed.I am unable to post photos as I dont move in myself until the 22nd July and I will post photos then.The house is in Molendinar and close to the university with a bus stop just around the corner.
