I currently live there with 2 cats and a small cavalier dog.You will have your own bathroom and the bedroom incudes a queen bed linen bedside tables and closet room can be unfurnished if you have your own.Internet and utilities included. The house is well maintained the yard has been decked and paved and has an outdoor table and chairs for entertaining. The complex has a pool. You will have your own car park.I am looking for a student or someone with a steady job who is going to pay rent ontime and not mess me around. Also looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects other peoples property.
