I am looking to share with either male or female. Prefer a tidy and neat person no parties at home but there is a Tavern around the corner and house situated close to buses and Shopping Center. House has pool gym Tennis Court and BBQ area and AUSTAR (digital TV) for entertainment..The room is unfurnished but can fit in some furniture if needed..
