I have 1 bedroom available to rent in a 4 bedroom house ( one bedroom is a study).
House has swimming pool, bar, entertainment area, private bbq area, house is fully furnished ( room is not), 2 bathrooms, open tiled kitchen/lounge room and off road car parking.
House has 3 tenants already ( 27 yr old, 31 yr old and 48 yr old).
2 males and one female. We are looking for either a female or male that is working and or studying, quiet, friendly, clean and responsible.

House is located in Pacific Pines, either end of road house is on has shopping centres, gyms and service stations.
5 minutes from Helensvale Shopping centre, 20 minutes from Surfers paradise, M1 close and Brisbane.
