Hi I have 1 room avaliable in Palm Beach $180 p/w includes: Austra Internet and Electricity the room includes your own bath room. Built in wardrobe with floor to celiing sliding mirror doors. Sliding door leads out to the back balcony. There is also an undercover secure parking space if needed. The unit is 2 min walk to the beach bus stop just outside. The room comes with a double bed but can be removed if youd like to put your own in there. Im an easy going quiet person.
