Garden is well maintained by landlord, currently aiming to have banana trees and veggies coming into harvest. You are required to mow a small grass area of your garden – you can do this in 10 minutes easy. We provide the lawnmower.

The garden is also part time shared by 3 free roaming chickens. They give us eggs in exchange. We also maintain a beehive on property which wont bother you or anyone… the perk here is that we get free honey. And we are doing something good for nature and sustainable living.

High fene around garden = privacy. Windows are one way glass… you can look out but not in… this gives you privacy as well as protection from UV and Heat. Low maintenance concrete / tiled floor space. Unit is insulated so the end result is a nice cool summer unit. No need for a/c due to smart design.
