Double room with ensuite in large 4 bedroom house. $195 per week includes internet and utilities. It’s unfurnished so you can make it your own or we can talk about doing a deal to get some furniture. I’m a 38 year old male. I live here on my own but have two kids aged 13 and 15 who come and stay every other weekend. 5 min walk to the beach. Pets considered.
