Ive got 1 room available in palm beach. This modern townhouse is just minutes walk from tallebudgera SLSC surf beach and creek. The house is fully furnished (except for the room) and is $135 per week.There are 2 of us in the house at the moment a 24 and 20 year old girls who work full time. We are looking for preferably another full time worker non smoker and a fairly quite sort of person during the week (but who doesnt mind a social drinks on weekends!! )Preferred housemates would be between the ages of 22-32 years non smokers employed and who seem to have similar interests to me!
