All this is included in the weekly rent.House is 600square block with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Large backyard with washing line. Some storage space available. Covered Patio area.I would prefer a non smoker.Rent is $150/week all inclusive with 2 weeks to be paid up front as well as bond.
