The room available is the main bedroom of the house. It is airconditioned and ensuited. It also has a cieling fan. This room is available both furnished or unfurnished. The furniture available is a Queen bed Chest of draws and a desk and chair. Linen can also be provided if necessary.To be considered for the room youwill either be a full time student or a person working full time.The house is very modern with a patio area swimming pool wi fi internet and cable tv. Electricity is included in the rent. 4 weeks bond is required. I live with my 20 yr old brother .A small dog lives here (she is only 2.7kg) and is allowed inside the house.
