My name is Brooke and my other house mate Tegan and I are looking for someone to fill the master bedroom of our house in Parkwood. The rental price includes UNLIMITED wireless internet and all utility bills

The room is a double sized room with big walk in wardrobe and it’s own good sized bathroom.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house – with one being used as a spare for guests. The house is fully furnished except for the available bedroom.
There is plenty of secure parking within the complex.

The townhouse is in a gated complex that use to be a resort and has recently become residential – so the facilities are fantastic – there is:
-Gym
-Indoor pool
-Outdoor Pool
-Spa
-Tennis Court
-BBQ areas

We’re both studying full-time going into our 3rd year; I study pharmacy and Tegan does Primary School teaching.
We both originate from Byron Bay area.

So if you are interested we are looking for a happy, clean and tidy, social-able person that is preferably working or studying full-time. Male or female around the same age group.
