Large rooms with built in wardrobes. House features a pool and outside entertainment area and plenty of parking space. Beds and desks avaliable if required at no extra cost. Wireless hi speed internet phone calls with some limitations electricity and pool table included in weekly rent nothing else to pay.Two other housemates all easy going and enjoy a drink and a fun time on weekends. Sociable neat and reliable guys 2 minute drive to Griffith University Gold Coast Campus about a 20 minute walk. At the moment i have 1 male student and 1 female worker that studies part time at uni both moving on at the end of this term ( about mid nov). I have had several housemates over a large period of time that have really enjoyed there stay. I have stayed in contact with quite a few ex housemates also as we have become good friends.
