Hi! We have a room to rent in a well presented 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of Pimpama. Rent is exceptionally low for the standard of living you will be getting in return. You will be sharing with two 20 something females who both work full time. We are looking for a female to replace another housemate who is unfortunately leaving us. Were hard working friendly and up for a laugh clean tidy and considerate and would like someone who can join in on this Rent will be $100 per week and bills get split 3 ways when we receive them. Wireless broadband internet Close access to the motorway for Brisbane and Coast commuters. We also have a large double auto lock up garage (this is currently in use but there is plenty of outdoor parking space) and we sometimes get wild kangaroos grazing across the street!
