Hi my name is Bonnie I am 26 and looking for 1 or 2 people to share a brand new townhouse in Robina.

The property is only 9 months old and has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a third toilet downstairs. The townhouse is completley furnished including the bedrooms but if you have your own bed etc you would be more then welcome to bring it.

I am a friendly easy-going person who likes to chat and cook, also i do like to keep a clean and tidy house. I am looking for someone who is nice, clean and understands and respects sharehouse etiquette.

The townhouse is in a secure complex that has a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area. The property is located within walking distance to Robina town centre, Robina Hospital and Robina train station. It is also very close to Bond university, Skilled park and just about everything you need.

Two of the three rooms are available right now and will share 1 large bathroom.
The rooms will be $200 per week (based on 1 person per room) or $300 for a couple sharing 1 room and with Wi-Fi internet included. Gas and electricity will be split evenly.

Minimun stay is 6 months with 4 weeks rent required for bond.
