The surrounds are tropical with natural park lands. The complex is 5mins to Robina shopping centre Skill stadium Bond University and train station and 15mins to the beach. The town house includes 3 queen size bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets upstairs is carpet and all bedrooms have built-ins. Downstairs has a titled open plan lounge dining area opening onto a private patio including modern kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs has fans in all rooms and air conditioner and down stairs fans. The town house is fully furnished except room but a bed could be arranged if needed. The unit has a security alarm system and the complex has security gate access and public transport outside of front of complex. Rent is $150.00 per week utilities not included 2 weeks rent in advance no bond or lease required.
