The rooms are fully furnished with queen sized beds and mattresses, desks, built in mirrored wardrobes and drawers, fans, and big windows to let in the natural light. Also feature modern design ceiling architecture and comfy carpeting which is professonally cleaned with each tenancy.

The price INCLUDES high speed internet (for study use, no Youtube or WoW please!), electricity and water, your only expense is the rent and your own toiletries (toilet paper, soaps etc;)

The bathroom has two sinks, a shower with a small bath beneath and its toilet. There is also a storage cupboard in the upstairs living area.

The house has a pool, private parking, big kitchen, and other friendly students to get along with. It is literally on the back porch of the Griffith uni village, you can’t get closer!

Students only please, no pets (fish/small reptiles ok), this is a quiet study house, so prefer no party animals.
