The building is nearly new. The complex has two swimming pools with spa and barbeque area also sauna and very well facilitated gym. The furnitures are going to be brand new and I am going to supply with bed desk chair beddings and the livingroom and kitchen area is going to be also shared. There is seperate bathroom for you and if you need car park I can organise undercover area for your car. It is 15mins walk from the Griffith University and it is a perfect place for a decent studying and mature student.
