Hi, Im Jules im a 27 YO working full time female, I have a spare room in the Sphere apartment complex arrival for rent. Rent will included the Bills (Gas n Power). The room is a good queensize room with its own small private balcony, the bathroom is right next door to the bedroom, and it would be for your n your guest only, the apartment has everything already you need for general living however if you have extra furniture, its not a problem as mind can go into off location storage, or your welcome to the keyed – alike to apartment storage cage in the basement as its also empty. The apartment complex has a gym with a good mixture of weights and cardio machine, even 5 spin bikes. its open 6am-10pm. the pools, spa n sauna are open 7am-10pm and you have a choice of 3. Parking is available, however it is tandem which is easy to sort out. Im extremely clean and tidy in the general living spaces, respectful to housemates and there working hours, I usually keep a Mon – Fri working week, but every now n then have to work the weekend. Im looking for someone that will respect my stuff as there own, Pay rent on time without being asked, doesnt mind a chat on the balcony over looking the pool every now n then. But this is what my last housemate and I call, Living together but living separate, with working hour changing n outside social lives, there wont be joint dinners at night, ect. its solo living but together as solo living for some where as nice is way to pricey lol. (We did this for a view long time perfectly, in the last 12 months i would say we had dinner maybe 4 times together, My X-housemate has moved in with her current boyfriend).
