Single room in a resort style complex townhouse with small garden, great pool and undercover parking. 1.5 bathrooms to share with myself. Quiet area so great for a student and close to Uni and Australia Fair. Electricity included but not internet – this can be discussed though. Room is unfurnished but some items can be provided but happy for you to bring your own. Short term considered.
