There are 2 rooms available in a townhouse complex located on the outskirts of Surfers. Both rooms are large with ensuites and large wardrobes. One is available right now the other is available on the 27th of June. Complex has a small gym a pool bbq area and spa. Rooms are $140 each but that doesnt include electricity gas or internet. You will need the usual stuff to fill your bedroom and bathroom; but we have everything else already (ie fridge washing machine crockery etc)Basically we are just looking for a normal people who are responsible respectful of others in the house (ie noise levels keeping common areas fairly tidy) and generally easy to get along with.Living there now is myself Leah (21 female) an apprentice and Luke (24 Male) a uni student. We are both easy going and quite basically the ideal housemates We respect your privacy and we are friendly. We are both active people Luke loves a surf and I (Leah) play soccer.2 of our lovely house mates are moving out (due to study arrangements) and we need replacements.
