We are going to have a room avaliable for rent as i am moving back to New Zealand. The room can come with furniture (bed mattress 2x Bedside Tables and a 5 draw dresser) but that will need to be purchased off me for $900.We are in a secure complex that has a gym pool and spa.You will be sharing with 2 other kiwi girls.The bond is $574.I have not yet booked my return to NZ as i am waiting on getting flatmate/s to take over my room.
