Rooms are available in a spacious house. Private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Fully furnished.

The house is very comfortable, peaceful, quiet and well-kept. There is a small rainforest garden out the back with a spacious deck.

Off street parking. Close to shops and restaurants (30 second walk to Gallery Walk and 15 min walk to Food Works). House is cleaned weekly (common areas) and the gardens are looked after. All bedrooms have locks fitted for your privacy and peace of mind.

Parties, excessive alcohol abuse and drugs will not be tolerated.

All rooms have private bathroom, hairdryer, small refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, cutlery and plates, dining table, bedside tables and lamps, comfy chairs or lounge, clothes rack, remote controlled television, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan and clock radio.

Flat mates have their own private common area with lounge and dining table. There is also a private outdoor area. Laundry with two washing machines and outside clothesline. A dryer is available for use during wet weather.

Board includes high speed Wifi, electricity and maintenance cleaning of common areas. Meals are NOT supplied, but a well-equipped kitchen is available. Flat mates are required to clean up after themselves.

There are three rooms for rent. Two of the rooms are $230 per week each, approx. 20 square metres and with queen bed. The other room is $250 per week and is approx. 25 square metres with queen bed and day bed. 4 weeks bond is required.
