The unit is fully furnished (except for the room that is available) and features:

a large kitchen / living area that includes a dishwasher. with balconies all around. 2 bathrooms (with 3 toilets in the unit in total). an internal laundry that includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. a large storage area in the basement car park. a small room upstairs which is currently used as a 2nd lounge room. a HUGE entertainers balcony upstairs (nearly a quarter of the size of the unit!).

The unit is 50m to a bus stop (which has buses south to Coolangatta / Tweed and buses north to Varsity / Robina, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise), is within walking distance (500m) of Tugun village (shops / pub / restaurants) and is close to Southern Cross University (approx. 3km) and the Airport (approx. 3km).

The third occupant must be willing to sign a lease for 5 months and be approved by the leasing agent (Ray White Tugun). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you are on TICA, as the Leasing Agent will not approve you. You will be required to show past rental history and proof you can afford the rent to the Leasing Agent.

Viewings / Interviews can only occur after 6pm on week nights and after 3pm on Saturdays leading up to the move-in date of 1st of August.
