Looking to rent out one or two rooms in 4 bedroom house in Upper Coomera (close to M1 shops and public transport). Griffith University is less than a 15min drive away. Wifi and Austar included in rent. Use of extensive gym available. Applicant must be clean responsible and respectful. Will be a maximum of four people residing at address.
