Hi my name is Ryan I have a room for rent in a 4 bedroom furnished house… The house is on the gold coast 3km from burliegh beach and walking distance to bond uni. There are 2 people in the house myself who is 28 and a 21 year old hairdresser. I am a dental prosthetist who likes a few beers or wines but also like to chill out.
