It is a 3 bedroom, 2 story apartment with A/C upstairs, nice kitchen, dishwasher, wireless internet. The place is about 5 years old so still very new.

There are three rooms but only two will be occupied. There are two smaller rooms upstairs and the large master bedroom with ensuite, private yard and walk-in robe downstairs. One upstairs and the masterdownstairs are vacant, so you can choose which one you’d like- but probably you want the big master with ensuite. It has a fairly private entry and is large enough for a king bed, desk & chair, TV etc with room to spare. It comes with a single bed if needed. It has a big walk-in robe and beautiful ensuite bathroom all to yourself. It has a TV port, down-light, ceiling fan and phone port. There is WiFi with 200GB p/m. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet here.

Fridge, microwave, washing mashine, dishwasher are provided.

Share mate is Japanese female 28 (very good English), looking for another female 18-28. Share mate is a bookings agent at a major hotel and casino and a dancer. The house is very clean. Looking for someone who can naturally slide in and take it easy. Being able to fit in and know when the chores need to be done, without being reminded, is essential to living peacefully. We don’t have a roster or take turns. We just do things when they need doing, and the place always looks good.

We’ll split the electricity two ways. Internet and water is included in the rent. We’re on a 4 weeks bond, 2 weeks in advance deal with our agent. The second person is not required to sign the lease. We’d like $300 bond, and rent paid 2 weeks in advance.
