Suncare Villages Brassall is designed specific to the needs if Independant Seniors. This unit is fully furnished or you may wish to bring your own, it is a purpose built seniors serviced accomodation.

The Rental amount of $220 per week includes electricity costs and there is an option for you to provide your own meals or have meals fully provided (rates availble from Village Management upon request) The units are fitted with a washing machine but as an additional service a weekly change of linen is also available in the Village.

A Community room and dining area is the focal area at the village and a great meeting place to enjoy the company of all the residents.
