SOLAR POWER / ELECTRICITY
The owners will allow for the electricity account to be capped at $700.00 per quarter for the tenant/s use. Any electricity account the owner receives above the nominated allotted amount the tenants will be responsible for the payment of that amount.

POOL
The owners will provide a professional pool maintenance and monitoring service to check chemical levels, clean filter, service the creepy crawly and any maintenance that may be required to keep the pool in an operating condition. The tenants will be responsible for the payment of the associated pool chemicals.
The owner has appointed a maintenance contractor who will keep the trees, palms and hedges under control and clean, remove the fallen branches and palm leaves as required. The tenant mows & whipper snips the grass and maintains the garden ie water the plants from the water tank & mulch when required.
The maintenance contractor will also tend the weeds under around the paths of the house and pool.
