We have 2 decent sized rooms available with a bathroom to share between these two rooms both rooms are fully furnished or the furniture can be removed. We have two dogs living on the property so no other pets allowed these dogs are strictly outside only animals. We are a young couple that are easy going down to earth people who are looking for an easy going down to earth housemate that will be happy to help with cleaning the house and will keep the house in a tidy manner. Anyone can apply but smokers must smoke outside the house. The house is a new style home that is close to UQ Ipswich highway and local shops so it will suit any age group.
