room in beautiful Alexandra Headland, opposite the surf club and ocean view available. The property is fully furnished. Outside you have free tennis, minigolf, spa, pool and sauna. Additionally the room has its own small bathroom. You would share the apparment with a very nice and easy going swiss guy. The weekly rent is $200 dollar. Electricity is not included, but it is about $10-15. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.
