The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan, bedroom 2 contains a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a single bed with an extra mattress and access to balcony and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, a single bed and a pedestal fan. There are 2 bathrooms, bathroom 1 comprises of a spa bath with shower overhead, large vanity unit and the toilet is adjacent and bathroom 2 consists of a vanity unit, shower over bath and the toilet is adjacent. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. There are 2 large balconys, a single lock up garage and the unit is situated on the 3rd level.

Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
