The ensuite comprises of a spa, double vanity unit, toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a large vanity unit and draws, toilet and shower. There is a separate small bathroom with toilet adjacent next to bedroom 3. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. There is a very large balcony off the lounge room with an outdoor setting to suit 8 which wraps around to bedroom 2 and 3. This unit is situated on the 7th floor, has airconditioning and is accessed via a lift. There is a pool, communal BBQ with entertainment area and a double lock up garage in security undercover parking. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
