This unit is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, ground floor unit located on the water front of Currimundi Lake. Nice quiet area close to park, playground, beach, lake and shops.

Small court yard with outdoor setting. Lounge area tiled with leather white corner lounge, TV/VCR, radio/tape player, coffee table and lamp.
There is also a reading room with 2 seater lounge that folds out into a double bed, book shelf with books and side table.
Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with 2 door refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and 4 hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fry pan, cutlery, crockery and all the necessary cooking utensils.
