As you enter through the front of the property you are greeted with the open plan living area and a large galley kitchen. All modern conveniences are supplied in the kitchen including stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and large stainless steel Electrolux fridge freezer. The gas stove and electric oven are great when creating your culinary delights.
The entry and main living area features gleaming polished timber flooring, and is furnished with a lovely leather lounge suite and a large LCD Panasonic High Definition TV and DVD player. The main living area and outdoor entertaining have high quality stainless steel Typhoon ceiling fans for comfort. All windows and doors are fully screened. Extra features include stone bench tops, ample drawer space, raked ceilings in living areas, and seamless access to a fully covered timber outdoor entertaining under main roof line. For ease, the owner has installed an outdoor shower so that you can have a quick freshwater shower, on return from the beach.
A special area kids retreat has been set aside for the children complete with their own, lounge, television plus XBox and associated games, with external access to a tiled outdoor space.
Two bedrooms are located on the lower level and they share a bathroom that comes with a walk-in Shower, and a separate bath. A separate toilet is in it’s own cubicle outside of the bathroom. All bedrooms are built-in and cooled with ceiling fans. The bedding configuration within these two bedrooms are, a double bed in one room and a king single and a single trundle in the other bedroom.
Upstairs you walk in to the private master bedroom which offers a generous walk-in wardrobe and a three-way ensuite. A Queen size bed is offered in this bedroom, plus you have access to your own private balcony. You can end and begin each day with the sounds of the crashing waves which are only a few hundred meters from this home.
Laundry facilities are well catered with a family sized Whirlpool washing machine and a Fisher and Paykel dryer. Car Accommodation is a double lockup garage, which is controlled with a remote, and the property is well finished with established young gardens.
