Walk to Caloundra Cinema, or take in a show at the famous Caloundra RSL, just a few minutes drive away. The lounge room consists of one 2 seater couch which converts to a sofa bed, 4 single couches, a televsion and VCR. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 4. The living area contains 2 single couches, a single bed, ceiling fan, television, 2 heaters and a free standing fan. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, cook top, oven, fridge and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and ensuite. The ensuite has a toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, single bed and built in wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, bath and toilet. The laundry comprises of a washing machine, dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board. Private courtyard/BBQ area at the front of the unit, porch/deck at the back of the unit. There is a single lock up garage , an inground pool, and is situated on the ground floor with 3 sets of stairs running down to it.
