This is a third floor home unit with extensive views across the Pacific Ocean to Moreton Island and the shipping lanes. Oceanic Apartments is situated in Kings Beach, being one street from the ocean front, so is very handy to the main patrolled surfing beach, a good convenience store, and near the Kings Beach Tavern, which is also popular for counter meals. The unit is only a short stroll to the main shopping center of Caloundra.
This block of unit is serviced with a lift and there is a swimming pool for the enjoyment of the tenants. There is also an intercom system.
