This is a unique situation in that the owner is more concerned about finding someone who fits in with his lifestyle rather than the amount of rent he can achieve. Therefore there may be negotiation for the right tenant.
The owner lives in a second dwelling on the block. Although it is some distance from the main house he wants to retain the peaceful enjoyment of living in this bush retreat. Ideally it would suit a professional couple or 1-2 people to share. The property is not suitable for families as there is no playing area or gardens.

- Modern kitchen (currently has a dishwasher installed but this is not been offered as part of the tenancy. Tenants are welcome to use but it won’t be repaired if issues occurred)

- Ceiling fans (there is currently two air conditioning units but they are not being offered with the property. The tenants are welcome to use as they are both working at present. However they won’t be repaired if there is an issue)

- No covered car parking although 2 parking spaces are close to the house
No gardening is required as the owner will attend to any slashing and maintaining the surrounding bush shrubs and trees.
