Looking for one (1) person to share a 3 bedroom furnished unit on the beach, near the pool, close to the gym and about 20 metres from the bar. Bus to Maroochydore and Noosa out the front too. Rent could be negotiable just a bit.

Rent includes electricity and internet* and there may be use of secure basement carpark too.
