Im losing my lovely housemate as she is moving in with her boyfriend. Fourth Storey- has lift and stairs. Security doors and buzzer to let people in.The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms main toilet is off the laundry you would have your own shower/bath area. The bedrooms and lounge/dining over look the hinterland.The bedroom for rent has a working fan in built cupboards and can fit a queen bed and small desk.The backyard is the Maroochy River with the apartment blocks private jetty.Heated PoolDishwasherBalconyLots of sunlightGames Room in common room.Friendly on site managersOn street parking- (although can mostly park in visitors carpark)Walking distace to Duporth Avenue shops/Big Top/The Plaza/Sol Bar and along the river.Public Transport short walk.Room would suit a Student or Professional. If you have household furntiure that would be great although I am working on getting some for when my housemate moves out. The bedroom will be empty. Ive only been on the coast for a year and loving it here Im a mature age student (27) so need occasional quiet study time. Im clean and tidy. I split the costs with current housemate- bills internet etc Looking for someone friendly trustworthy and clean to replace my lovely housemate #Furniture in house in photos is no longer there.
