Hi!!I have a small studio apartment in Maroochydore for short term rent (December/ January) that I wont be occupying due to working in Brisbane over the uni holidays.The studio is fully furnished with a separate shower/toilet bathroom large screen tv/dvd couch king single bed chest of drawers cupboard desk table fridge microwave and all kitchen supplies.Designated car space next to unit included. Possibility of internet if needed but it is a fairly slow internet connection.Dates are slightly negotiable. Rent $200/week to cover costs.Hope to hear from you if youre interested!
